摘要
本文首先基于已有研究及调研结果,采用主成分分析法选出5个核心竞争力要素。随后以苏州、杭州中小企业为例,通过问卷调查获取详实数据,并运用结构模型分析法对中小企业核心竞争力要素的选择进行实证研究。实证研究表明,我国企业已日益重视对人力资源、技术创新、市场营销、组织管理能力等核心竞争力要素的培育,但对企业文化的塑造仍重视不够。最后还对实证研究结果进行了探讨并提出了相关对策。
In this paper,we adopted the analytic method of Principal Component to choose out five factors of core competence based on the investigation result and previous research. Then,taking example for SMEs of Hangzhou and Suzhou,gainlng the detailed data by means of extensive calls,we analysed the factor choice of the core competence in Chinese SMEs based on the Structural Model. The substantial research made it known that it has value the fostering of the core competence factor such as human resource, technology in- novation, marketing and administration capability increasingly, however, the enterprise culture is yet valued insufficiently. Finally, we discussed the result of the substantial research, and proposed the correlation countermeasure.
