摘要
介绍了应用于频谱分析的高分辨率声光偏转器,描述了偏转器的原理、设计,给出了光波长650 nm,带宽50 MH z,分辨率20 kH z,峰值衍射效率74%(线偏振光)的实验结果。
This paper introduces the principle and the designed method of high-resolution acoustooptic deflector. The experimental results of 650 nm wavelength, the 50 MHz bandwidth,the resolution of higher than 20 kHz and the peak diffraction efficiency of 74% (linearly polarized light output) are obtained.
