摘要
选择丙纶纤维、铜、铁粉末为主要材料,经纺丝成网、挤出成型及化学粘合复合工艺研制出非织造降噪复合材料。并对其阻燃、隔声及其物理机械性能进行测试,表明其具有隔声效果好、阻燃、质轻、强度高、加工性好、易裁剪等优良特性。
A new noise-reduced and flame retardant composite fabric is studied in this paper. This composite fabric, by use of polypropylene fiber as fiber material and powder Cu and powder Fe as noise-deadening material, is produced by spunlaid, extrusion forming and chemical bounding, The noise-deadening property,flame retardant and physical property of this composite fabric are also analyzed. The fabric is of excellent noise-deadening and good processability, etc.
