对撞腔增强调Q输出能量的分析

Theoretical analysis on the output energy in a colliding resonator of Q-switched laser

摘要 引入抗共振环ARR(Anti—Resonant Ring)结构,设计了平-ARR对撞脉冲调Q激光器.在相同的泵浦能量条件下,对撞腔的输出能量高于普通平-平腔50%。根据Cr4+:YAG慢饱和吸收体的调Q速率方程,结合对ARR结构的理论分析,计算机模拟结果和实验数据相当吻合。 Using an Anti - resonant - Ring (ARR) structure, a plane- ARR colliding resonator Q - switched laser was designed. Under the same experi- mental condition, the output energy in colliding resonator has 50% increment compared to that in a conventional plane - plane resonator. By using Q - switched rate equation with the Cr^4+ :YAG as the saturable absorber and combining the analysis of the ARR structure, the simulated calculation is in good agreement with the experimental result.
