摘要
本文关注在我国建立教育认可制度的的过程中不得不面对的两个问题:一是体制基础的不对称,一是与原有制度的衔接。强调要着手推动教师教育的走向开放,以专业性认可补充行政性认可的不足,同时与既有教师教育制度形成稳定的制定结构。
This paper focuses on two issues about reforms on the teacher education accreditation system in China in recent years. The first is about asymmetry of the system's institutional foundations in China and Western countries, and the second about the connection of a new system with original systems. It is stressed here that we should set to make the teacher education system open and fit to China's educational situation, supplementing administrative accreditation with professional accreditation and forming a stable systematic structure together with existing teacher education systems.
