Progress in Lost Foam Casting at Home and Abroad

摘要 介绍了当前消失模铸造技术的两大研究热点,即:铝镁合金消失模铸造及其缺陷形成机理的研究,模样制作过程,质量评定方法和白区制模过程的研究。这些研究表明:模样表面泡沫塑料珠粒的融合程度高、内部珠粒融合程度低、密度均匀、表面光滑的模样适合生产高质量消失模铸件。此外,X光透射、扫描电子显微镜和计算机数值模拟技术已开始用于对珠粒充型、发泡过程及其最终所得到的模样质量的评定和预测。 Most interested research fields in lost foam casting is focused on aluminum and magnesium alloy,their defects formation mechanism,foam pattern making and quality description,white zone pattern making.These researches indicate that the pattern with low fusion degree in center,high fusion degree in surface,and uniform density and smooth surface are suitable for the production of high quality castings in lost foam casting.In addition,X ray,SEM and numerical simulation have been employed to the estimation and prediction of bead filling mold,pattern making and quality of finished pattern.
