摘要
目的:探讨BiPAP呼吸机在急性左心衰竭中的应用价值。方法:将40例急性左心衰竭患者随机分为2组:对照组用常规治疗;BiPAP组在给予常规治疗同时加用BiPAP呼吸机,采用鼻(面)罩双水平正压通气,通气模式为S/T,治疗前后进行动脉血气分析,并监测呼吸频率、心率、血压。结果:BiPAP组患者呼吸频率减慢,心率下降,呼吸困难缓解,总有效率为95.0%,对血压无明显影响;对照组总有效率仅为65.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性左心衰竭时,BiPAP鼻(面)罩双水平气道正压通气治疗效果显著。
Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects of mechanical ventilation using BiPAP in patients with acute left heart failure. Method： Forty patients with acute left heart failure were divided to patients by a nose （face） mask connected to a ventilator set in S/T. Arterial blood gases, respiratory rate（RR）, heart rate, and blood pressure were measured after therapy. Result： Dyspnea was relieved in BiPAP group, both the respiratory rate and heart rate were slowed, the effective rate was 95.0%. There was no change in blood pressure. While the total effective rate is only 65.0 % in control group. Conclusion：BiPAP ventilation showed notably effective in treating patients with acute left heart failure.
