摘要
目的:分析学龄儿童心理危机呈上升趋势的原因及其危害性,寻找解决儿童心理危机的方法。方法:通过调查研究法获得第一手资料,了解学龄儿童心理危机的情况;同时应用文献研究法查找学龄儿童心理危机的根源,以及由此产生的影响和后果。并找寻对学龄儿童心理危机进行干预的方法。结果:学龄儿童心理危机的根源既有来自环境方面,包括家庭的影响(①过高的期望。②简单粗暴的家教方式。③缺乏家庭温暖或成员之间的沟通);又有来自个体方面因素(①个体特质。②认识上的偏差。③意志力薄弱。④肤浅的生命观)。学龄儿童的心理危机不仅干扰其正常的学习、生活,而且还会导致情绪和行为问题,甚至发生自杀。结论:对学龄儿童的心理危机应引起高度重视,并采取措施进行积极的心理援助:具有心理援助的意识;优化社会心理环境,减少社会应激事件;提升儿童耐挫力和挫折应对能力;对心理危机高危儿童进行重点预防。
AIM:To analyze the reasons and harm of the increasing psychological crisis in school-age children, so as to seek the methods to solve it. METHODS: The first-hand data were obtained by means of investigation to understand the status of psychological crisis in school-age children. Meanwhile, the origin of the psychological crisis,and the effects and outcomes caused by it in school-age children were searched in references. The interventions were also sought. RESULTS:The psychological crisis in school-age children resulted from different aspects including family influence (① over-expectation; ② simple and rude family education; ③ lack of family warmth and communication between family members.)and individual factors (① individual idiosyncrasy; ② deviation on cognition; ③ unsubstantial willpower; ④ superficial life view). The psychological crisis of scbool-age children could not only interfere their normal study and life,but also lead to emotional and behavioral problems even cause suicide. CONCLUSION: Special attention should be paid to the psychological crisis of school-age children and measures should be taken to carry out positive psychological assistance.Psychological assistance consciousness should be provided and the social psychological assistance should be optimized and the social hyper irritated accidents should be reduced. Upgrade the anti-frustration and frustration dealing ability and take special precautions against the children with high psychological crisis.
