摘要
为了探讨不同温度下锡对铝合金(AlZnInSi)阳极电化学性能的影响,在常温电化学性能较好的铝阳极中加入了Sn,测试了两种阳极在15℃和60℃人造海水中的电化学性能,并对试验结果进行了理论分析和探讨。结果表明:Sn的加入可以消除低温时阳极的晶间腐蚀,并能降低阳极在高温时的工作电位,但铝合金阳极的总体电化学性能还是略有下降。
The effect of tin on the electrochemical properties of aluminum alloy anode was investigated by introducing tin into Al-Zn-In-Si anode. The electrochemical properties of the anodes with and without tin in the artificial sea water of 15 ℃ and 60 ℃ were examined. Results showed that the addition of tin contributed to reduce the intergranular corrosion of the aluminum anode at low temperature and decrease its work potential at elevated temperature. In terms of the overall effect of the tin addition, it led to minor decrease in the comprehensive electrochemical properties of the aluminum anode.
