摘要
研究了改性熄焦粉的表面化学特性及其对吸附阳离子性能的影响.熄焦粉不仅具有多孔结构、吸附容量大和吸附速度快的特点,而且还具有自产廉价、无二次污染等优点.研究发现,用硝酸混有少量硫酸氧化,可显著增加熄焦粉表面酸性基团的含量,提高熄焦粉的表面亲水性,降低pHpzc值,但对熄焦粉的吸附性能影响不大,改性的熄焦粉同时具有活性炭和阳离子交换树脂双重功能.同时还考察吸附条件对金属离子吸附的影响,为水处理提供了新的经济实用方法.
This paper studied the surface chymic character of the modified extinguishing coke powder and the effect of the adsorbing cation capability. The extinguishing coke powder not only has many traits, such as lacunars fabric, adsorbent velocity rapidly, self-intensity greatly, but also is self-production cheapness, no quadric empoison. The research shows that if nitric acid mixed a spot of vitriol, its oxygenation can evidently increase the content of acidic on the surface of the extinguishing coke powder, and it also can improve the surface hydrophilicity of the extinguishing coke powder and reduce the pHpzc value, but it has not too influence to the adsorptive capability of the extinguishing coke powder, the modified extinguishing coke powder has the double functions of the ion Abelian resin and the active carbon. This experimentation also checks the adsorptive condition affects metal ion. It provides the new economic and applied method on disposing water.
