摘要 本文用荧光素-荧光素酶生物发光法测定了老化和被氧化红细胞内ATP含量的变化,结果表明老化的红细胞和被外源性H2O2氧化的红细胞,其内ATP含量均明显降低,而麦芽酚对红细胞氧化具有保护作用,能减少氧化红细胞内ATP含量的变化。 The changes of ATP content of aging RBC and oxidated RBC by H2O2 were studied with bioluminescence of firefly luciferase. The amounts of RBC ATP in bank erythrocytes suspension decreased gradually in 20 storagelife. The ATP content in bottom layer aging erythrocytes is less than that into player young erythrocytes by Ficoll density gradient centrifugation. Its ATP content decreased when RBC were oxidated by, but Maltol can raise its ATP content when RBC incubated in 37℃ water.
