摘要
回顾了国内外几种比较成熟的天然气液化装置中采用的制冷方法(复叠式制冷循环、混合制冷剂循环、膨胀制冷循环等)以及该领域最新的研究进展,并对其进行了分析比较。在此基础上介绍了一种新式液化天然气的制冷方法——吸收制冷循环。该方法利用溶液浓度的变化来获取冷量,即制冷剂在一定压力下蒸发吸热,再利用吸收剂吸收冷剂蒸气,这种循环系统不仅适用于海上天然气液化装置,同时也适合于太阳能、地热能丰富的地区,既可降低产品成本又可实现废物利用。最后,还针对液化天然气运输、储存过程蒸气的产生,介绍了几种运输及储存装置中辅助制冷方法G-M制冷机和Stirling制冷机、相变制冷、脉管制冷机。
Some mature refrigeration methods (such as the cascade refrigeration cycle. the mixture refrigeration cycle, the expansion refrigeration cycle etc.) used in gas liquefying facilities and the latest development of study in the field at home and abroad are reviewed, The methods are analyzed and compared. Based on the results, a new refrigeration method of gas liquefying facilities (the absorption refrigeration cycle) is introduced. The method utilizes the variation of the solution concentration to obtain refrigeration, i. e. the cryogen absorbs heat by vaporization under a certain pressure and the absorber is utilized to absorb the vapor from the cryogen. The cycle system is adaptable not only for offshore gas liquefying facilities but also for the areas where there are rich solar energy and geothermal energy. It not only decreases the cost of products but also realizes the utilization of wastages. Aiming at the vapor producing in the transportation and storage process of LNG, some auxiliary refrigeration methods are introduced for the transportation and storage facilities of LNG. They are G-M refrigerating machine, Stirling refrigerating machine, refrigerating by phase change, and pulse refrigerating machine.
