摘要
以具有不同碱化度(B)的聚合氯化铁(PFC)絮凝剂和具有不同黏度(η)的有机高分子聚合物(JY01)絮凝剂为原料制备出了系列PFCJY复合絮凝剂,采用FeFerron逐时络合比色法比较了PFCJY复合絮凝剂与PFC絮凝剂中铁盐的形态分布情况,探讨了JY01的质量分数w(JY01)、η及制备方式对复合絮凝剂中铁盐的形态分布的影响.实验结果表明,JY01与PFC相互之间发生了一定的相互作用,表现为PFCJY复合絮凝剂中铁的各种形态的质量分数与PFC中铁的各种形态的质量分数不同,且随w(JY01)、η和制备方式的变化而发生变化,这种变化势必影响其絮凝效果.仅从具有良好净水效果的Feb组分的质量分数高低来判断,w(JY01)=7.0%的复合絮凝剂应具有良好的絮凝效果.处理黄河水的絮凝效果初步证明了该推断的正确性.
A series of composite flocculants polyferric chloride (PFC)-organic flocculant (JY-01) were prepared by using PFC with different basicity (B) and JY-01 with different viscosity (η) as raw materials. The ferric species distribution of PFC-JY and that of PFC were compared and analyzed through Fe-Ferron complexation timed spectrophotometric method. The effect of the content of ω(JY-01), ηand the synthetic method on the ferric species distribution of the composite flocculant were also investigated, The experimental results show that the ferric species distribution of PFC-JY is different from that of PFC, due to the interaction of JY-01 and PFC. The difference is related closely to ω(JY-01), η and the synthetic method. The interaction of JY-01 and PFC will influence the coagulation-flocculation of composite flocculant. And the composite flocculant of ω(JY-01) = 7,0% has higher content of Feb, which is of better coagulation-flocculation efficiency. The coagulation of the composite flocculant for the water from Yellow River preliminary demonstrates that the inference above is correct.
