摘要
目的:探讨右旋糖酐-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯载骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP2-DEX-GMA)凝胶微球的载药形式。方法:采用放射免疫分析法测定。结果:BMP2-DEX-GMA凝胶微球载药形式为内部包埋(DE)与表面吸附(DA)并存,且随着粒径增大,DA减少、DE增加,但统计学检验结果显示粒径为20μm~40μm的凝胶微球载药形式DA、DE间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:粒径的改变可以影响BMP2-DEX-GMA凝胶微球的载药形式,但不会改变其释药特征,尚需对载药材料进行改性才能实现对药物的控释。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the drug - loading patterns of dextran - glycidyl methacrylate BMP2(BMP2 - DEX GMA) gel microspheres. METHODS: Radioimmunoassay method was adopted in the determination. RESULTS: Coexistence of internal embedding(DE) and surface adsorption(DA) was the drug loading patterns of BMP2-DEX- GMA gel microspheres and with the increment of particle size, the DA reduced but the DE increased, but the statistics results showed no significant difference(P 〉 0.05) between DA and DE when the diameter of gel microspheres was 20μm--40μm. CONCLUSION: The drug - loading pattern of BMP2-DEX-GMA gel microspheres can be influenced by its particle size, but its drug release character can not be changed, the controlled release of drugs can be achieved through changing the nature of its drugloading material.
