摘要
设计了一种适用于从含水量较高的共沸液中分离有机溶剂的装置,该装置将精馏和盐效分相器结合起来,并带有中间储罐,其特点是:分相器可以将塔顶蒸出的共沸物中的大部分水除去,中间罐可以实现水从塔底除去。该装置上、下同时出水,有机溶剂浓缩在中间罐中。该装置大大缩短了操作时间,节约了能源。对该装置进行了数学模拟,与实验结果吻合较好。
A novel process combining batch distillation and salt extraction was proposed to separate the organic solvents from their azeotropes with water. A salt extractor installed on the top of the distillation tower could remove most of water in the azeotrope evaporated from top of tower, and a middle vessel was installed at the middle of the tower to separate water from bottom of the tower. Since the water can be drained offboth from bottom and top of the tower at the same time, and finally the organic solvent is concentrated in the tower and accumulated in the middle vessel, therefore the process is time-shortening and energy-saving one. The concentration of the product may be up to 99.8% and the product yield may reach 99.5%. The experimental study and mathematic simulation were carried out and agree with each other quite well.
