The abnormal temperature, low-disslved oxygen, and unsuitable osmotation in water body are all baleful to the marine organisms, such as fishes and shrimps. Being in the condition, the fish and shrimp will express some genes or increase the abundance of their productions accordingly, for example, the antifreeze proteins, heat shock proteins, Na/K-ATPase, 14-3- 3a,et al. All of above gene and their productions are useful to us for studying the evolution and genesis of lives, and improving the quality of some species and inspecting the environment.
