摘要
技术战略是关系到组织能否把握机遇,在竞争中取胜的关键。重点分析了技术进步趋势在技术战略管理中的重要地位;提出只有在深入了解技术进步趋势的情况下,才能进行有效的技术战略管理。
Technology strategy is very important for organize to take the opportunity and to win the competition. This article analyzes that the technology progress trending has an important position in the technology strategy management. The author puts forward that if we want to manage the technology strategy efficiently, we have to analyze the technology progress trending.
