摘要 目的建立弗氏柠檬酸杆菌(Citrobacter freundii)随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)法基因分型图谱。方法以优化的反应体系及单一随机引物L8,对临床分离的116株C.freundii进行RAPD分析,并按指纹图上DNA条带数及片段大小绘制基因分型图谱。结果116株临床分离C.freundii共得78种RAPD型。结论RAPD法可将C.freundii分型78种。 OBJECTIVE To establish the genotype profiles of Citrobacter freundii by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique. METHODS The optimal reaction system and single random primer L8 were used for genotyping of the 116 strains of C. freundii isolated from clinical samples, and the fingerprinting profiles were drawn according to the numbers and lengths of DNA bands. RESULTS The 116 strains of C. freundii isolated from clinical samples could be distinguished to 78 kinds of RAPD patterns. CONCLUSIONS Seventy eight kinds of genotype profiles could be obtained by RAPD technique in the C. freundii isolated from clinical samples.
