摘要 用狗成功地制成了一个重度吸入性损伤模型。文中详细阐述了模型制作的方法,烟雾发生的材料,致伤后血中一氧化碳浓度、血气等变化。讨论了致伤时的注意事项。作者认为该模型易于复制,设备简单可得。适于作吸入性损伤的实验研究之用。 The method of produeing a model of severe smoke inhalation injury in the dogs was presented Heavy smoke produced by burning saw dust of pine, cotton and straw was instilled intothe trachea through an intubate. The respiration was controlled by a ventilator Smoke inhalation lasted for 5 minutes, The injury;thus produced is severe, judging from HbCO, blood gas determination, chest X-ray film, fiberoptie bronchoseopy end pathological examination findings Most experimental animals survived more than 24 hours This method is simpler easy and the result is reproducible. Therefore it is highly recommended for study of inhalation injury.
