田径运动员心率变异性正常值及其重复性的研究 被引量:11

摘要 为了探讨田径运动员心率变异性的正常值及心率变异性的重复性。采用动态心电图监测技术对21例田径运动员动态心电图进行心率变异性时域、频域分析及重复性检验。结果表明:心率变异时域和频域各参数两次测定平均值除Mean HR、Std Dev和Mean BR外(P<0.03),其余参数均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。各参数两次测定的平均值除最低心率为显著相关外(r=0.54,P<0.02),其余各参数均为高度显著相关(r=0.63-0.90,P<0.001)。与迷走神经张力变化有关的各参数rMSSD、pNN50、HF之间亦呈高度显著相关(r=0.82-0.95,P<0.001)。为此,提供了田径运动员心率变异性的正常参考值,两次测定的数值重复性较好。 In order to explore the normal values of heat rate variability (HRV) and its reproducibility of track and field athletes, this paper conducted a heart monitoring on the variability of heart rate among 21 track and field athletes. The results indicated that there were no significant differences between two measures of the same variables (P 〉0.05) except Mean HR, Std Dev and Mean RR ( P 〈 0.03 ). Two measures of averaged Min HR were significantly correlated ( r = 0.54, P 〈 0.02), all other variables were highly significantly correlated ( r = 0.63- 0.90, P 〈 0.001 ). Variables strongly dependent on vague tone(rMSSD,, pNN50 and HF) were highly correlated (r= 0.82-0.95, P〈0.001) as well. It was concluded that this paper provided the HRV' normal values of track and field athletes and its reproducibility was relatively good.
