摘要
为科学评价化学消毒剂对脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活效果及影响因素,以聚维酮碘为观察对象,采用悬液定量试验法进行了实验室观察。结果,在检测聚维酮碘对脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活效果评价试验中,去除残余消毒剂可采用中和稀释法,配制中和剂可用Hanks生理盐水或0.03 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液;采用含5%新生牛血清的细胞维持液作稀释液,对Vero细胞贴壁生长基本无毒性作用。结果显示,以含有效碘1000 mg/L的聚维酮碘消毒剂,作用10m in,对悬液内脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活效果达到消毒合格要求;有机干扰物对聚维酮碘灭活病毒的效果有一定的影响。
In order to evaluate scientifically the efficacy of chemical disinfectants in inactivating poliovirus and its influencing factors, povidone iodine was used as me observation object and suspension quantitative test Was used to carry out laboratory observation. Results: In the test for evaluating the examination of efficacy of povidone iodine in inactivating poliovirus, neutralizing dilution method was used for removing residual disinfectant, Hanks normal saline or 0.03 mol/L phosphate buffer solution was used for reconstitution of neutralizer and the cell maintenance solution containing 5 % newborn calf serum was used as the diluent which was essentially no toxic effect on anchoring growth of Vero cells. The results showed that the povidone iodine disinfectant containing available iodine 1000 mg/L with a 10 min contact time inactivated poliovirus suspension to fulfilling the requirement of eligible disinfection. The organic interfering substance had certain influence the efficacy of povidone iodine in inactivating virus.
