摘要
邻苯二甲醛和戊二醛均为高效消毒剂,为了解二者杀菌效果的差别,采用载体定量杀菌试验对其进行了比较试验。结果,以含1000 mg/L的邻苯二甲醛或戊二醛,作用5 m in,对不锈钢片上大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均可达到5以上。以含10 g/L邻苯二甲醛或戊二醛作用3h,前者对不锈钢片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值为5.14,后者则只有4.43。但在推荐的使用浓度下作用4 h,5 g/L邻苯二甲醛对该细菌芽孢杀灭对数值为3.69;20 g/L戊二醛对该细菌芽孢杀灭对数值为6.17。结论,在相同浓度下,邻苯二甲醛杀灭细菌芽孢的效果比戊二醛强;在推荐的使用浓度下,戊二醛杀灭细菌芽孢的效果则好于邻苯二甲醛。
Both orthophthalaldehyde and glutaraldehyde are high - level disinfectants. In order to know the difference of their germicidal efficacy, carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to make comparison between them. Results: The killing logarithm of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on stainless steel coupons exposed to the disinfectant containing 1000 mg/L orthophthalaldehyde or glutaraldehyde for 5 min attained over 5. The killing logarithm of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on stainless steel coupons exposed to the disinfectant containing 10 g/L orthophthalaldehyde or glutaraldehyde for 3 h was 5.14 for the former and only 4.43 for the latter. However, when the spores were exposed to the recommended applied concentration for 4 h, the killing logarithm of the bacterial spores exposed to 5 g/L orthophthalaldehyde was 3.69 and that of the bacterial spores exposed to 20 g/L glutaraldehyde was 6.17. Conclusion: At same concentration, the sporicidal efficacy of orthophthalaldehyde was higher than that of glutaraldehyde, while at the recommeded applied concentration, the sporicidal efficacy of glutaraldehyde was better than that of orthophthalaldehyde.
