摘要
本文报告了过量氟化钠的偏食对实验大鼠肋软骨肥大细胞区酶活力的影响。过量氟化钠和偏食都能造成实验大鼠肥大细胞区ALP、LDH、CK和GOT的比活性明显增加;而给予过量氟化钠同时又偏食饲养的大鼠上述改变更加明显。各组大鼠肋软骨组织肥大细胞区的ALP、CK比活性呈明显梯度关系:常规食组<常规食加氟组<偏食组<偏食加氟组。表明过量氟化钠对大鼠肋软骨肥大细胞区的钙化、糖酵解、氨基酸和蛋白质代谢过程明显增强,而偏食更加重这一过程。
The effects of monotonous diet and over fluoride diet on enzyme activity in hypertrophied zone of chondrocyte from rat costicartilage were studied. Both monotonous diet and over-fluoride diet can significantly increase the enzyme specific activity of ALP,LDH,CK and GOT. These changes became even more obvious in the animal group by feeding simultaneously monotonous and over-fluoride diet. The enzyme specific activity of ALP and CK showed a gradient relation: normal diet group < normal diet + fluoride group < monotonous diet group < monotonous+over- fluoride diet group. The results indicated that over-fluoride can significantly increase the metabolic process of calcification , glycolysis, amino acid and protein. Monotonous may exacerbate the above process.
