常减压蒸馏装置常压塔故障树的建立和分析 被引量:1

摘要 根据故障树分析理论,用演绎法建立了常减压蒸馏装置常压塔的失效故障树。通过定性分析求出了故障树的各阶最小割集和结构重要度,得出影响常压塔可靠性的主要因素为:原油性质、环境腐蚀、设备材料的性能、设备制造工艺、操作管理(包括设备管理、施工管理和装置操作管理)等,并提出了提高常压塔可靠性的相应措施。 The failure tree for atmospheric tower is established with deductive method based on the theory of failure tree analysis. Least cutset of each step and structure importance of the failure tree are obtained by qualitative analysis, and the factors affecting atmospheric tower reliability are found out as follows: crude property, environmental corrosion, performance of equipment material, equipment manufacturing process and operation management , (including the management of equipment, construction, and unit operation). In addition, measures to enhance the reliability of atmospheric tower are proposed.
