摘要
纤维增强复合材料结构加固技术中的一个关键问题是配套树脂材料必须保证纤维增强复合材料所需要的各种性能,而衡量配套树脂性能的一个很重要的指标是其拉伸剪切强度。目前,在树脂拉伸剪切强度测定试验中,试件的搭接长度、胶层厚度等由于没有专门的模具控制,试件的制作方法不完全相同,使得土木工程结构加固用纤维增强复合材料配套粘结树脂的检测很不规范。由于相同的原因,各个检测部门的检测数据离散性较大且不稳定,不能真实地反映树脂材料本身的性能,基于工程应用的需要,进行了大量的试件制作、检测检验,在分析影响试件检测因素的基础上,经反复试验,开发出一种树脂剪切强度试件制作的标准模具,检测检验结果表明,这种模具具有标准性高和可操作性强等特点,为树脂材料性能检测提供了基础条件。
The application and study of the repair technique with fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) are more and more widely in the world. One of the key issues of the technique is to guarantee all the properties of FRP. The lap shear strength is an important index to assess the property of the matched resin. But currently, the lap length and adhesive thickness are variable because there is no specific mould to control the factors in the fabrication of the shear specimens. The checking of the matched resins of FRP for structure repairs in civil engineering are non-normative because of the different fabrication processes of the specimens. So the test data are discrete and can't represent the actual properties of the resins. In order to meet the needs of the application of the technique, a large amount of specimens were fabricated and tested. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of checking and repeating test, a standard mould of the fabrication of shear specimens was developed. Test results showed that the mould was highly normative and easily operateds, which provides basic condition for testing the property of resins.
