摘要
针对我国水资源人均占有量少、分布不均、各地区水资源压力差异较大的现状,引入了水资源压力指数的概念,并从人口、生态和经济发展的角度,探讨了我国水资源压力的地区差异;对各省区水资源人口压力指数、生态压力指数、经济发展压力指数和紧缺指数进行了计算和分析,探讨了各地区水资源的紧缺程度,并对我国各省区水资源紧缺类型进行了划分。
China is short of water resources considering its huge population, The water resources per capita in China is only ahout one tenth of the world's average. Because of the uneven distrihution of population and water resources as well as the disparity of the economy development in various areas,the local water resources pressures are much different among provinces. Introducing water pressure indexes model and evaluation method,this paper analyzes the regional pressure of population,ecosystem and economy development of the local water resources. Based on the quantificational and comparative analysis of the regional water resources and water pressure indexes ,the paper classified the regions of water scarcity in China.
