摘要
最终接头是整个沉管隧道中的关键工序之一,干地施工法是最常用的一种最终接头施工方法。结合嘉兴电厂二期取水工程的具体特点,首次采用接头井的形式实现最终接头的干地施工。工程实践表明,结构的强度、刚度、稳定性、水密性均满足干地施工要求,大大降低了最终接头的施工风险,确保了施工质量。
The final joint is a key structure for an immersed tube tunnel and it is often constructed under a dry condition. In accordance with the features of the water intake project of Jiaxing 2nd stage power plant, a unique type of joint well was employed to realize the dry condition construction for the final joint. Practice of the project indicated that the strength, stiffness, stability and watertightness of the final joint met the requirements of dry condition construction. The method also decreased the construction risk and ensured the construction quality.
