摘要
针对当前流量检测装置成本高、精度低的问题,提出了一种新型流量检测技术。运用频域分析、相关分析和小波分析等理论,对纸浆浓度信号中平稳随机成分和噪声干扰进行分离和研究,根据浓度信号中随机分量具有高频宽带特性和稳定性的特点,通过对2个采样点间浓度信号互相关函数的计算和相关函数最大值的寻优,从噪声干扰中提取有用信号,计算出流速和流量。为了提高系统的运算速度,采用了快速傅立叶变换和快速傅立叶逆变换等快速算法。
Aiming at the problem of low accuracy and high price of pulp-flow meter currently used, a novel measuring method based on cross-correlation theory is proposed,Pulp consistency is separated into steady wavy signal and noise by using frequency analysis, cross-correlation analysis and wavelet analysis. Wavy signal is taken as flow sign of pulp in view of its property of high frquency and broad band. The up-stream and down-stream consistencies are sampled and cross-correlated in order to divide wavy signals from noise. The pulp-flow is indirectly calculated through searching maximum cross-correlation function and corresponding peak time. FFT and IFFT algorithm are used to decrease calculation workload. The experimental results show that the method can not only improve measuring accuracy and EMC capacity ,but also reduce price os equipment.
