摘要
为提高舰船电子设备的生命力和舰艇的战斗力,设计研制了一种新型隔振抗冲击隔振器——拱形钢 丝绳隔振器。文章首先介绍了拱形钢丝绳隔振器的结构形式以及应用背景,并探讨了钢丝绳隔振器的设计方法和 力学模型,以及设计过程中对阻尼特性和固有频率的确定原则。通过静动态性能试验和冲击试验研究,拱形钢丝 绳隔振器在国内达到先进水平,适合在船舶、航空、航天及车辆等行业推广应用。
In order to improve the life of electric equipments and the battle effectiveness of naval vessels, this paper designs and manufactures a new type anti-shock isolator- the Arch type steel wire isolators. At first, the framework and the background of application of arch type isolators are introduced. Then, the design and the dynamics model are discussed. And the principle of the damping characteristics and the natural frequency are also explained during the process of the design. Through the study on the static and dynamic experiments, shock examination and so on, the performance of the arch type isolators can be thought reach the predetermine level at home. And the type isolators fit in the industry of shipping, aviation, space flight and vehicle etc.
