摘要 通过介绍对异步电动机定子绕组、定子铁心和轴承等处温度、变频器前后的三相电流、三相电压、以及电机多处的振动等的监测方法,指出了传统的电压电流互感器检测的缺点,并针对性地提出了改进的方法,同时设计出了实用电路,为三相异步电动机的基于多传感器信息的高度智能化的故障早期诊断提供可靠的数据基础。 The current, voltage, vibration and temperature have plenty state information about induction motor. Through introducing the measurement method for above signals, the paper points out disadvantages in traditional current/voltage mutual sensor. And a improved method is put forward and its practical circuit is designed. It provides reliable data base for fault forepart diagnosis of induction motor with high intelligence based on information of multi-sensors.
