摘要
在工业化进程中,就业的产业结构变动有一定的规律性。中国就业的产业结构在不同阶段表现出不同的特征,1978年以前偏离了一般规律,1978年以后偏差得以迅速纠正,并沿着与一般规律相一致的方向发展,这种不同是多种因素共同作用的结果。在中国未来的发展中,各个产业及其就业结构会呈现这样的趋势:第一产业劳动生产率继续提高,就业人数不断减少;第二产业在GDP中会继续保持优势地位,但就业比重不会有太大变化;第三产业将有很大发展,就业比重持续提高。
The changes of employment industrial structures in industrialization process follow certain rules. In China, there are different characteristics of them at different stages. Those before 1978 deviated away from the general law. But after then they were timely rectified and has been developing along the right direction. And the differences result from multifactors. In the future, the industries and their employment structures will take on the following trend： the productivity of the primary industry will continuously enhance while the employment figures will correspondingly fall down; the secondary industry will remain its superiority in GDP with slight change in employment proportion; but the tertiary industry will obtain a great advancement with a steady increase of the employees.
