摘要
研究了用超声装置对工程陶瓷进行孔加工时的应力分布.结果表明,在超声加工孔的后期,孔底面的周边处应力最大,这是出口崩碎的主要原因.论文提出了一种避免出口崩碎的有效方法.
The stress dictribution during ultrasonic machining ceramic holes has been analyzed. Research results show that in the later period of ultrasonic drilling, the stress on the periphery of hole bottom is the maximum, which is the main cause of ceramic hole rupture. A useful method has been proposed to avoid the rupture of ceramic holes.
