摘要
目的:探讨御风胶囊(黄芪、丹参、天麻等)活血化瘀作用本质。方法:以老年♂大鼠为血瘀模型,以血液流变学、血栓形成、血小板功能、血浆TXB2、6ketoPGF1α含量等为指标,研究御风胶囊的活血化瘀作用及作用机理。结果:御风胶囊能明显抑制血小板聚集(P<0.01);降低全血黏度、全血还原黏度(P<0.05、P<0.01);降低血浆FIB含量,缩短RBC电泳时间,增加RBC电泳速度。抑制血栓形成(P<0.01);降低血浆TXB2的含量及TXB2与6ketoPGF1α比值(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:御风胶囊能明显改善老年血瘀大鼠血液流变学紊乱,抗血栓形成。作用机理与其抑制血小板聚集、降低TXB2的含量及改善TXB2与6ketoPGF1α之间的平衡有关。
AIM: To discuss the essence of Yufeng Capsule ( Radix Astragali, Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Rhizoma Gastrodiae, etc. ) on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and its mechanism. METHODS : The parametes of observation included hemorrhedogy,thrombosis, the function of platelet and content of blood plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α about male old rat model as the blood stasis model. RESULTS: Yufeng Capsule can restrain platelet aggregation obviously( P 〈0.01 ) , decrease viscosity of whole blood and blood reduced viscosity(P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ), decrease the content of blood plasma FIB, electrophoresis time of RBC, increase electrophoresis rate of RBC ; restrain thrombosis ( P 〈 0.01 ), reduce content of plasma TXB2 and TXB2/6-keto- PGF1α(P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ). CONCLUSION: Yufeng Capsule can improve blood stagnation obviously on male old rat, prevent thrombosis. The mechanism of action is related to restraining platelet aggregation, reducing TXB2 and improving the balmace between TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α.
