摘要
本文通过对空冷汽轮发电机定子线棒产生环流和涡流损耗机理的分析和研究,确定了空冷汽轮发电机定子绕组换位方案的优化设计模型,用该模型对不同股线数的多个换位方案进行了优化设计,以82MW空冷汽轮发电机为例,确定了其定子线棒换位应采用的最佳方案,并应用到工程实际设计中。
In this paper, firstly the optimum design model of stator winding transposition for air cooled turbogenerators is established according to the calculation and analysis of circumfluence and eddy losses in stator winding. Then on the basis, the design of multi transposition methods are optimized. The paper determined the optimum design taking example for the 82MW air cooling turbogenerator.
