摘要
沈阳玻璃厂新切装车间厂房抽柱扩跨改造后十余年结构正常工作证明,采用无粘结预应力技术进行大跨抽柱扩跨改造方案是可行的;通过调整楼面荷载,严格控制结构变形等手段,在支顶卸荷的条件下抽柱扩跨是安全的;抽柱现场监测发现,在抽柱后吊挂梁的实测短期变形均小于梁跨的1/1400,在上述变形作用下屋面结构处在小次应力状态下工作,结构是安全的。
Since the transformation of releasing columns to expand span of structure in new cut and load workshop of Shenyang Glass Factory, the structure has already worked for more than ten years normally. Practice proved that the application of unbonded presstressed technology in releasing columns to expand the span of structures is possible and the structures are reliable.
