摘要
塑料制品模具材料优化选择专家系统依据用户提供的塑料制品种类、批量,成型模具工作条件与失效形式, 制品与模具特殊要求等容易确定的初始信息,遵从“满足使用要求,发挥材料潜力,经济技术合理”的原则,采用规则推理和实例推理方法来优化选择模具材料,提出合理的选材建议并给出被选材料的技术资料。专家系统的知识库具有简明的塑料制品成型模具材料通用应用手册的功能。系统由用户信息输入、材料优化推理、系统知识库管理、用户技术文件管理和系统管理等五大模块组成。系统以导航方式进行操作,使用方便、快捷。
Mould material optimization for plastics products based on an expert system was developed. It provides material information according to the batch, running conditions and failure mode of the molds, and specific requirements. Complying with the rules: “meeting the required properties, developing the potentials, and economy and technology feasible”, the system may optimize the selecting of the mold materials based on some selecting cases. This system could be used as a material selecting handbook. The expert system consists of five models, which include the input of user information, the optimization inference of material selection, the knowledge management of system, the technique document management of user, and the management of system. The expert system is operated by navigating mode, convenient and easy to the user.
