摘要
为了比较精确地计量原油储罐的动态油量,在分析研究油罐液位、油水界面、原油含水率、密度以及温度测量的基础上,重点讨论测量中的含水率测量不确定度和净油质量测量的不确定度,分析了引起测量误差的主要原因。通过现场实例提出储罐油量的计量方案和解决在线监测过程中产生误差的实用方法。实验结果表明,所提出的设计方案和解决误差的方法可用于油田联合站和油库罐区动态油量的计量或自动化盘库。
In order to measure the dynamic mass of crude oil in storage tank precisely, based on analysis of and research on tank's liquid level, oil-water boundary, water ratio of crude oil, density and temperature of oil, the discussion on the uncertainty in measurement of the water ratio and the mass of neat oil is emphasized, and the main factors causing the measurement error are analyzed. A solution on the mass measurement of neat oil in tank and a technical method to avoid the measurement error in the on-line measurement are presented by introducing some field tests. The experimental results in field indicate that the proposed project of design and error-eliminating technique can be applied to the measurement and automatic inventorying of dynamic oil mass in tanks and united stations of oil field.
