摘要
讨论了虚拟仪器输入数据的不确定度的来源;提出了评估虚拟仪器不确定度的新方法——数值仿真分析法,通过DFT算法的实例,进行了理论解析法和数值仿真法的一致性验证。数值仿真法是利用计算机软件来评估不确定度,具有速度快,花费小,与算法无关的特点,还可以得到结果的概率分布。该法可用于使用计算机的测试仪器和系统。
The uncertainty sources for acquisition data in virtual instruments are considered. A new method of numerical simulation is proposed to estimate the uncertainty in virtual instruments. The results of numerical simulations applied to DFT are coincident with the theoretical one. Because a computer is used to estimate uncertainty based on the method of numerical simulation, there are faster speed and lower cost, the process is irrelative with data algorithms. The probability distribution of the result can be brought additionally. The method is applicable for the test systems and instruments with computer.
