摘要
以四氢呋喃为溶剂,甲苯为内标,采用以OV-101为固定相的毛细管气相色谱柱(30m×0.22mm),氢火焰离子化检测器,建立注射用伏立康唑专用溶剂中乙醇和丙二醇的气相色谱定量分析方法.两种溶剂的平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.32%±1.1%、99.96%±2.0%;对应的检出限分别为0.05、0.3nL;在2~50μL/mL浓度范围内,各组分线性关系良好(r=0.9999).
Solvents. ethanOl and 1,2-propanedlol used for injection of voficonazole were determined by capillary gas chromatography using an OV-101 capillary column(O.22mm× 30m) with a,flame ionization detector. Tetrahydrofuran was used as the solvent. Toluene was adopted as the internal standard. Ethanol and 1 ,2- propanediol were well separated in the column with the mean recovery of 99.32% ± 1.1% ,99.96% ±2.0% and their detection limits were determined respectively as 0.05nL, 0.3nL. The standard curves were linear in the concentratinn range of 2 ~ 50gL/mL( r = 0.9999).
