摘要
该文介绍了醋酸菌菌种的真空冷冻干燥保藏方法,并从预冻温度和保护剂浓度对冻干菌的影响进行了研究,初步确定了醋酸菌菌种冻干保藏的预冻温度及保护剂浓度。比较了不同保藏方式对产酸的影响,实验表明用冷冻干燥保藏法保藏醋酸菌菌种效果良好。
In this paper, the preservation of acetic acid bacteria by fi'eezing dry was introduced, and the effect of the pre-freeze temperature and protectoral density were investigated, then the pre-freeze temperature and the density of protective agent were determined primarily. The effect of various preservation methods on acid production were compared, and the experiments showed that it was better to use the fi'eezing dry method to preserve acetic acid bacteria.
