摘要
以豆制品生产废水培养为原料,通过对热带假丝酵母的培养,使培养基中的营养成分被酵母菌吸收利用,从而使菌体获得大量繁殖,废水中残糖含量、残氮含量降低,实现豆制品生产废水资源化利用的目的。
Using wastewater from production of soybean product as media, the Candida tropicals was cultivated, and the nutrition was utilized by the yeast, the quantity of the yeast was increased, and the residual sugar and residual nitrogen in the wastewater were decreased, the purpose of wastewater from production of soybean product recycling exploitation was realized by this way.
