大鼠游泳运动后骨骼肌UCP_3mRNA表达的时相性变化 被引量:6

Phasic Effects of Acute Aerobic Swimming on UCP_3 mRNA Expression in Skeletal Muscle of Rats

摘要 目的:探讨有氧游泳运动对大鼠骨骼肌UCP3mRNA表达水平的影响,以及运动后骨骼肌UCP3mRNA表达的时相性变化规律。方法:SD雄性大鼠4 8只随机分为对照组、游泳结束后即刻组、运动后1小时组、3小时组、6小时组和12小时组。采用RT -PCR法测定各组大鼠骨骼肌UCP3mRNA表达水平。结果:6 0分钟有氧游泳运动后大鼠骨骼肌UCP3mRNA表达增加,且运动结束后即刻和恢复期1、3、6和12小时UCP3mRNA表达呈时相性变化,较对照组分别增加15 5 . 8% ,173. 6 % ,2 5 2 . 4 % ,16 5. 8%和12 .9 1%。结论:(1)有氧游泳运动可能通过提高运动时和运动后恢复期大鼠骨骼肌UCP3mRNA的表达,增加能量消耗。(2 )运动后骨骼肌UCP3mRNA过表达的时相性变化可能受多种因素影响。 Objective To explore phasic effects of acute aerobic swimming on UCP3 mRNA expression in skeletal muscle of rats. Methods 48 SD male rats, were randomly divided into 6 groups. The level of UCP3 mRNA expression in skeletal muscle were measured respectively at rest, 0h, 1h, 3h, 6h and 12h after swimming. Results As compared to control, the levels of UCP3 mRNA expression were increased respectively 155.8%,173.6%,252.4%,165.8% and 129.1% at 0h, 1h, 3h, 6h, 12h after swimming (P〈0.01). Conclusion Swimming could treat or prevent obesity by up - regulation UCP3 mRNA expression, and the phasic effect of swimming on UCP3 mPNA expression could be affected by many factors.
