摘要
为了深入分析制冷空调系统运行性能和合理确定融霜周期,需要研究蒸发器表面的结霜过程和霜层厚度的变化过程.根据传热传质过程基本理论和相关的经验公式,建立了蒸发器外表面水蒸汽传质及霜层生长过程数学模型,对某类翅片管式蒸发器外表面结霜过程及霜层厚度变化过程进行了数值模拟,并分析了外界参数变化对结霜厚度的影响.
In order to analyze the running performance of refrigeration air conditioning system and confirm thaw periods in reason, frost process and change process of frost thickness of evaporator surface are studied. Based on basic theory and experiential formula of heat transfer process and mass transfer process, the math model of mass transfer of vapor on evaporator outside and growth process of frost are established. Aiming at a sort of finned-tube evaporator, frost process and change process of frost thickness are simulated numerically. The influence of environment parameters is analyzed.
