摘要
清梳联既要重视棉结、短绒率,也要关注混棉的均匀性。清梳联开清棉流程中自动抓棉使传统的“立体混棉”和“开混结合”转变为“时差混和”和“开混分离”,破坏了瞬时输出棉流都要全成分按比例混和的要求,降低了混棉效果,提高清梳联开清棉流程的混棉效果必须从设备、管理、工艺各方面综合治理。自动抓棉机采用宽幅抓臂、双抓棉辊、小单元混棉、按成分组合科学排包和快抓、浅抓工艺;多仓混棉机采用加大仓位数、多仓串联、增加混和次数的方法,可基本克服清梳联开清棉混棉不匀的缺陷,达到较好的混棉效果。
Neps, short fiber content and cotton blending evenness should be taken attention in using blowing-carding unit. The practice shows that automatic picking machine makes time difference blending and separation of opening & blending instead of traditional cotton blending such as cubical cotton blending, combination of opening and blending. Fully component of output cotton flock which blending in proportion is attacked, so blending effect is decreased. The principle of harnessing equipment, management, technology and other aspect synthetically are proposed to enhance cotton blending effect of opening and cleaning circulation of blowing-carding unit. Broad width picking arm, double picking roller, small unit cotton blending, arrangement bale according to component, technology of quick picking and thin picking are adopted by automatic picking machine. Enlarging bin number, multi-bin series connection and increasing blend- ing time are adopted by multi-bin mixer, so cotton blending unevenness of blowing-carding can be decreased, and cotton blending effect is better.
