摘要
利用扫描电镜(SEM)等对压面机辊轴断口的形貌进行了分析和研究,结果表明,断口应属于疲劳断裂。疲劳断裂的主要原因是在材料中存在的夹杂物诱发裂纹源,在循环应力的作用下裂纹扩展导致断裂。
Using the Scanning electronic microscope (SEM), Orienting to the noodle roller axe, the analysis and re,arch have been done about the fracture. The result indicates that the fracture belongs to fatigue fracture. The main course of fatigue fracture is due to existence of the inclusion in the material. The inclusion induce crack initiation, the crack propagation and the axe fracture in the circle stress.
