摘要
共轭亚油酸因其在实验动物身上表现出一系列令人奋的特性,则引起了药品和食品等领域的广泛关注。近来,在其生理特性、合成转化以及分析鉴定等领域都取得一定的进展。文章介绍了应用于共轭亚油酸的几种分析定方法。
Conjugated linoleic acids, which have some intresting physiological properties in laboratory animals, has received lots of concerns in medicines and food etc, recently, some advances have been achieved in the area of physiologic properties, syntheseis and isomerization, identification and detection. Various methods on analysising conjugated linoleic acid are reviewed and commented.
