摘要
介绍了L-乳酸的生产方法、检测方法及提取工艺,阐述了国内外发酵生产L-乳酸的研究进展与生产现状,并对今后L-乳酸的研究提出了一些建议。
Technique of production, inspection and extration of L-lactic acid were introduced. Recent advances and the actuality of production in L-lactic acid fermentation at home and abroad were described, some suggestions on the study of L-lactic acid in future were mentioned in this paper.
