研究了试剂2-对亚氨基噻唑偶氮苯的性质及其与银离子显色反应条件,建立了测定银离子新的分光光度法.实验结果表明,在pH 11.1~11.8的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中,非离子型表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下,该试剂与银离子生成橙色的络合物,络合物的最大负吸收峰位于518.5 nm,组成比为1:1,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.7×104,符合比尔定律的线性范围是0~2.4 μg/mL.方法已成功用于照相胶片、废电镀液、电镀厂废水和铜精矿中银的测定,标准加入回收率为99%~103%,相对标准偏差为2.5%.
The properties of a new reagent 2-p-thiazolyliminoazobenzene (2pTAB) and the decolor reaction of 2pTAB with silver were studied and a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of silver was established. It was shown that silver formed a stable orange complex with the reagent in the presence of nonionic surfactant TritonX-100 and in buffer solution of Britton- Robinson at pH 11.1 - 11.8. The molar ratio of silver to reagent was 1:1.The maximum negative absorption of the complex was at 518.5 nm, at which apparent molar absorptivity of the complex was 2.7 × 10^4 L· mol^- 1·cm^- 1. Beer' s law was obeyed in the range of 0 - 2.4 μg/mL for Ag. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of silver in waste film, waste electroplating solution, waste water in plating work, and copper fine ore. The recoveries of the method achieved 99 % - 103 % and the relative standard deviation was 2.5 %.
