高效双丝MIG/MAG脉冲焊系统及工艺 被引量:12

摘要 高效焊接方法是实际生产的迫切要求,据此本文提出了推挽式双丝脉冲焊工艺,介绍了以单片机为核 心的双丝脉冲焊控制器的原理及功能,建立了双丝气保护脉冲焊系统。采用熔化极氩弧焊进行双丝脉冲焊工艺实 验,研究了双丝脉冲焊两路参数对焊接过程的影响,对电弧进行了高速摄影。试验结果表明:所设计的推挽式脉冲 双丝焊系统是成功的;高速摄像也证实实现了一脉一滴的熔滴过渡。 High efficiency welding methods are urgently required in production. This paper put forward the double wire push - pull pulse welding technology, and briefly introduced the principle and function of the MCU cored pulse controller. The double wire gas - shield pulse welding system was set up in this paper. According to the results of the double wire pulse technical experiments, the influence of welding parameters on welding proess was studied and high speed photographs of the are were taken in this paper. The results indicated that the designed system of double wire push- pull pulse welding was successful and the high speed photographs approved the successful one pulse-one droplet metal transfer.
