摘要
对变极性电源在LD10铝合金TIG焊中工艺特点进行了研究,探讨了影响气孔、阴极清理作用、钨极端 头烧损的各种因素及其作用规律。研究表明变极性电源由于可调规范参数多、变化范围大、通过控制电源的输出 电流波形,增大钨极为正半波的电流幅值,减少其时间,可满足阴极清理的基本要求,减少钨极烧损和气孔,灵活地 控制焊缝成形,从而获得良好的焊接结果。
The welding technical characteristics of polarity - variable TIG welding power source used for LD10 aluminum welding were researched. The paper discussed various factors which influence air hole, cleaning action of the cathode, tungsten electrode ablating. The result shows that polarity - variable TIG welding power has multiform adjusting parameters with wide variation area. Therefore, the basic requirement of cathode cleaning is satisfied, tungsten electrode ablating and air hole are reduced, and appearance of weld is controlled by controlling current curve of welding power, increasing current value of DCEP and decreasing durative time.
